Orientated for the best views, the shape of the tower allows for dramatic diagonal fins that reduce solar flare and heat helping the building achieve LEED Gold. The material palette further enhances the tower’ cutting edge qualities offering contrasts between light and dark, transparent and opaque to build an architectural language that captures the essence of modernist premium.

OUR HISTORY

Reimagining spaces
through the years

NOVA Group began with the rise of the Philippine economy in the 1980s. Its founder sought to serve an underserved market and positioned itself as a niche developer. NOVA Group - then NOVA Structura - was established by Ricardo P. Cuerva as a general contractor company building small-scale projects in Metro Manila.
1982

1986
NOVA Group began to expand its business by developing medium-scale projects such as mid-rise residential towers located in the Central Business Districts of Makati and Ortigas.
1996
NOVA launched Essensa, a landmark residential project that set a new standard in the Philippine market. It is the first project to rise in the new Bonifacio Global City
2000
Essensa was officially completed. It set a new standard for the luxury residential sector with its impeccable management and maintenance and timeless design. It remains one of the top residential choices in the country.
2004
NOVA Group began its work with Century City, a five-hectare property in Makati composed of seven high-rise towers and a retail complex. Century properties a further expanded their development scale to mixed-use townships of multiple towers. Projects include Gramercy Residences, Azure, Acqua, and Commonwealth.
